The room is perfect for 1 person. ~ 5 minutes walk to the Sakae station. There are so many clubs/restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel. Microwave and vending machine is available inside the hotel. I can also rent an iron for free.

Great hotel in a great location
The hotel is in a great location in the Sakae area, close to many attractions, restaurants and bars. The reception staff were very helpful and made interactions easy with simple Japanese. Everything was very clean, the bathroom was bright and modern and the breakfast had good options. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Decent
Trouser Press and humidifier/air purifier in the room was a nice touch. The staff were also very welcoming and spoke decent english.
Bathroom was so small my knees touched the wall when sitting down on the toilet
